Flirty Fun

Hello beauties, welcome back! I don't know about y'all but I am already ready for this week to be over with(and it is only monday)! Unfortunately, I was sick with strep all weekend and wasted my weekend away in bed & cleaning the apartment, oh and studying (yay college)! Good thing I actually enjoy cleaning so I got a lot done! Right now, I am using my YL lemon essential oil in every room trying to boost my immune system and tackle those bad germs! Do any of y'all use essential oils? I would love to hear your tips & tricks on how you use them/ your favorites! I am a newbie with YL so any help is greatly appreciated!

Now on to style. Last weekend I went to visit my boyfriend (whom lives in College Station for school) and I met with my "little" (she's still my little forever, even though I dropped my sorority) and we spent the day catching up and spending time with one another! Although my sorority life was short lived (because I found out the hard way that sorority life is definitely NOT for me.. yes, Chelsea you were right), I formed a forever bond with Ashley and I am so grateful! I had went to help the sorority colonize at TAMU & while I was there, we instantly clicked and that's how we became B&L! Anywho, she snapped the pictures for me & I decided to share with y'all!

This look is for those that don't really like red.. like me. It just doesn't look great on me, so I decided this Valentine's Day I will probably go for a maroon or blush pink dress! This one I am wearing was purchased from Target in December. It is still in stock! I linked it below! I wanted to wear it for Christmas festivities but it ended up being a little chilly and I had forgot to pack a cardigan to go with it before I went back to Houston! The dress is very loose fitting, which is great for lunch dates, dinners, etc.. (food babies, ya know). It isn't maroon, but a dark red and I love it! It is so flattering and would be perfect to wear on Valentine's Day!

I chose a nude heel (I have previously posted these) and these are by Gianni Bini. I love the ankle strap because it makes my ankles look more thin and that's always a plus. As for handbag, I chose my tan/blush pink & gold crossbody from Target (I got it on sale for $15!). You could honestly pair any nude handbag and it would look fab. The necklace I am wearing was a gift from my boyfriends mom! I love the way it looked with this dress; it gave it a flirty look. I wore some stackable bracelets to match the necklace from Francesca's - & as always, my David Yurman Ring -black onyx.

I hope y'all enjoyed this look! I did this post a little differently and would love to hear your thoughts! I've decided to write more so that y'all get to know me better! Comment below on what you would like to see next, and subscribe!
